A cookery book that focuses on exhibiting some of the most undesirable looking foodstuffs eaten in different countries, and turning them into delicious meals with
a rich cultural background.
This project aims to show the city's vast cultural diversities through food.
All the ingredients were sourced from markets and shops all over London (such as Afro-Caribbean, Bangladeshi, fish markets and more.) Then researching traditional preparation and cooking methods, I tried it myself.
